- Does a pass renew automatically?
- No. Every pass is a one-time payment. When it ends you go back to the free plan, and you are never charged again unless you buy another pass.
- What happens if I buy another pass?
- Passes stack. Buying again adds the new days to the end of your current pass, so you never lose time you already paid for.
- Can I use Pro on more than one device?
- Yes. Your pass belongs to your video2mp4 account. On any browser, open the account page and sign in with Google, with your email and password, or with a one-time link we email you.
- Can I get a refund?
- Yes. If you are not happy, request a refund within 7 days of purchase from the billing portal linked in your receipt, or email support, and we will refund the full amount.
- What counts toward my daily data?
- The size of the files our servers deliver or prepare for you, such as merged video and audio. The counter resets daily. Pro allows 10 GB a day, with a fair-use ceiling of 100 GB over any 30 days.
- What counts as a download?
- Choosing a format counts as one download. Choosing the same video and quality again within 15 minutes doesn't count twice, and a download that fails before any data arrives is given back. Without an account you get 1 a day, a free account gets 5, and Pro gets 50.
